Our Guarantee
All items sold and handled by us are original and carry a full, money back guarantee if the customer is not totally satisfied. Items may only be returned provided the following is acknowledged:

1. 14 days for customers within the United Kingdom.
2. 28 days allowed on items to overseas customers.
3. All items being returned to be received in the same condition as when despatched from our premises.

Availability of Goods
This web site is designed to show only items of stock that are still available for sale, but it is still remotely possible that an item could be sold during your visit to the web site. In the unlikely event that an item has been sold by the time that you place your order, we will inform you by return e-mail.

Delivery Charges
When purchasing from the shopping basket of this web site the total amount of your invoice includes all of your shipping charges whereas prices quoted directly from us are subject to postage charges quoted separately. However, we reserve the right to surcharge any orders that are excessively outside of the pre-computed weight tables preloaded into the web site.

Payment
Payment is accepted by Cheque, Postal Order, International Money Order, etc., made payable to THE OLD BRIGADE. New customers please allow for Bank Clearance on your remittance before despatch is effected (regular customers may expect despatch by return of post). N.B. If currency is being sent, please - by 1st Class Registered Letter Post only. We also accept credit card payments but please note that all credit card payments are processed in pounds sterling.
Please note that we are unable to despatch goods to any person other than the cardholder or to any address other than that of the cardholder.
