LARGE SILVER AND TORTOISESHELL INLAID CASKET.A beautifully jewelery casket or perhaps trinket box sitting on four decorative legs.The lid of the box is constructed in tortoiseshell and then inlaid in silver floral designs.Opening the lid reveals the original velvet lining.Silver hall marks Birmingham 1912 and makers initials AC Co Ltd ( Alexander Clark) with a registration number.The base of the box is leather it is embossed in gold, Alexander Clark Co Limited London, the company obviously had retail shops in London and Birmingham.A superb box in fine condition, highly recommended.

MINIATURE SILVER NOVELTY TANTALUS COMPLETE WITH ITS THREE GLASS BOTTLES.This is an extremely rare miniature novelty silver hallmarked tantalus with fitted swing handle, complete with three cut glass scent bottles. Silver marks to tanterluss for Birmingham 1913 and with makers initials. The bottles are cut glass with there original matching stoppers, two of the bottles have slight damage to the necks but the center bottle is perfect and this one also still retains the original paper label for the Crown Perfumery of London. In perfect condition the asking price would be at least £1000.00, this example is priced very realistically because of the damage to the bottles and displays beautifully.

LARGE VICTORIAN SILVER GILT BOWL AND SPOON.This beautiful silver gilt serving bowl is decorated with two attractive female figures in foliage decoration, the bowl features two cartouche one of which has a presentation inscription, TO JOHN GRAHAM DOUGALL FROM HIS GRAND PAPA JOHN GRAHAM 18TH AUGT 1874. Silver hallmarks for London 1863 with makers details for George Adams.The matching silver gilt spoon has identical 1863 silver markings and it is also by George Adams and the spoon handle is decorated with a female in foliage design. A superb and very attractive matched set.

IRISH SILVER SALT DATED 1772 WITH BLUE GLASS LINER.A superb Irish silver salt, the decoration is in the Robert Adams style.The salt sits on four decorative legs. Irish silver marks for Dublin 1772 by Christr Haines. Complete with original blue glass liner with pontil mark to base, one tiny chip to the liner but is not really noticeable and it is amazing that it has survived as most are latter replacements.

EDWARDIAN SILVER NOVELTY POLICEMAN'S CLOCK.This attractive English silver novelty clock stands at just under 7 inches in height.The clock depicts a policeman in full uniform and wearing helmet, one hand is holding the clock while his other hand points at the time. Silver marks for 1908 with with makers initials M & CL with design registration number. The clock has a 30 hour movement and it is in perfect working order and it is complete with key.
