DOULTON STONWARE MILITARY PEN HOLDER. Two tone stonware pot featuring the design of the badge of the British Royal Engineers.Royal Doulton pottery stamp to the base with model number.The pot dates from just before WW1 & was probably used on an officer desk to hold pens or other similar items. [Condition: Near Mint]

A very nice Doulton Victorian water filter produced in a very nice blue and brown glaze,central decoration of large ornate and elaborate stars with bands above and below of small flowers and shell designs.Complete with original decorative lid and removable matching tap.The rim of filter is stamped,DOULTON LAMBETH 1883,base of filter and underside of lid is stamped with artists initials ES,probabley Elisa Simance.Height 12 inches. Nice decorative inkwell,the lids always seem to be missing from these so it is nice to find this one complete.Pale green circular stonware body with blue decorative floral decoration & with brown glazed lip and base,there are a couple of tiny nicks to the lip of the well.Complete with the original stonware lid featuring a blue floral design to the top.Base marked Doulton Lambeth England,model number and artists initials MR. A LARGE JUG STANDING AT OVER 10 INCHES IN TOTAL HEIGHT.Produced in a blue/green glaze with the design of crossed English flags with a medallion of Queen Victoria to the center,above this a floral design to symbolise,ENGLAND,IRELAND,WALES AND SCOTLAND.The jug features the following insciption,JUNE 5TH 1900 IN COMMEMORATION OF THE HOISTING OF THE FLAG AT PRETORIA.Base marked,DOULTON LAMBETH ENGLAND,model number and artists initials.Tiny nick from the letter N of JUNE,other than that very nice condition. A large WW1 stoneware jar standing at over 10 inches in total height,transferred printed,OINTMENT ANTI GAS.This obviously contained an ointment to help the injured British soldiers after a German gas attack.Complete with stoneware lid and carrying handle.Doulton Lambeth pottery stamp with stamped number 11 43.Small chip to lip of jar and lid from movement of the handle and metal lid fixing. Tea kettle fountain ink model.Green/blue glazed body with decorative art nouveau border with tiny flowers.Base marked with Doulton pottery mark and model number.The previous owner had a tiny flake expertly repaired (I will supply the purchaser a photo of the ink well before the small flake was repaired) and it is now impossible to detact,there is also an under glaze mark at the back of the ink well close to the top,but this is a manufacturing flaw it is not damage.Bargain price,the previous owner paid considerably moor than my asking price even before it was repaired.
