BEARS GREASE COLOURED POT LID. A very nice pratt ware pot lid,the lid portrays a caged bear at a zoo being teased by two boys.There are a couple of tiny nicks to the base of the lid,these are very minor and hardly worth mentioning,the face of the lid is perfect and the colours and print of the lid are very good. [Condition: Near Mint]

BEARS GREASE POT LID, ALAS POOR BRUIN. A superb colored Pratt ware lid,I recently sold another example of this lid but this one is far nicer with better colour and print and the condition is mint.The lid depicts a number of Victorian boys tormenting a bear and its keeper by throwing snow balls,in the background there is a school for boys and an inn which is named,THE BEAR INN. [Condition: Mint]

A full colour Pratt ware oblong pot lid featuring a detailed picture of the 1851 exhibition at crystal palice.Reverse features old paper label from a previous collector.Small old repair to base of flange which is very minor.Good sharp colours,an early quality pot lid which displays mint. PAIR OF VICTORIAN PRATT WARE POTS. The 1st pot is blue glazed with gold fox hunting design and with registration diamond on base.The 2nd pot is produced in a red terracotta stoneware with gold hunting designs,base is stamped with the letter B.Hight of both pots 4 inches.Originaly the pots would have contained meet or fish past.Price is for the pair of pots. PRATT WARE POT LID,THE ALLIED GENERALS. Full colour pot lid titled,THE ALLIED GENERALS,FM LORD RAGLAN,GEN CAN ROBERT,the lid shows both officers in full uniform,one of which is mounted on a large white horse,the lid also features a registration diamond.There are 3 small chips to the flange of the lid,there is also a hair line crack on the reverse side that goes into the flange but luckily the picture is perfect.A very nice looking large lid. A full colour pratt ware pot lid dating from 1860/70s,the lid features Scottish army troops in full military uniform embarking on a ship,the lid is titled,EMBARKING FOR THE EAST,with inscription above,BE SURE THE HAND MOST DARING THERE,HAS WIPED AWAY A TEAR.A couple of small chips to the underside flange edge,the face of the lid is perfect. LARGE PRATTWARE BOWL,TITLED THE LAST IN. A superb and very beautiful full colored prattware bowl.The large central picture of the bowl titled,THE LAST IN,it portrays an elderly gentleman probably a teacher surrounded by 16 children,at the bottom of the picture is the artists name,W Mulready RA,also signed by J.Austins,the famous employee of the Pratt factory.The wide outer border of the dish is produced in a light blue glaze with a wide band of gold oakleaves.Reverse side of bowl is white with a gold oakleaves to the outer border,center of reverse the bowl is marked,THE LAST IN BY W MULREADY RA.There is some slight age discoloration to the reverse side of the bowl,but no chips,cracks or other damage.Apperently this design was specially produced by the Pratt factory for the International Exhibition of 1851 which was staged at the Crystal Palace in London.Size just under 12 inches wide. [Condition: Mint]
